Several Cards of several tables with filters applied - Can I SUM? Similar to Excel

Hello All,

I created a few cards, each of them came from different tables with different filters and show a result I need. These cards are responsive to a date filter also... But now, I need a new card which should sum the result of those cards.

If this situation happens in Excel, it is easy, each card would be like a cell with a formula and the new cell need to sum those cells... on PowerBI, I simply just don't find a way to do it.

Can someone help me?

Do you want to get the sum value from the below cards? Could you please provide some sample data of tables which involved in these cards? And please provide the formula of applied measure or fields with aggregation. It is better if you can provide your sample pbix file(exclude sensitive data). Thank you.
