Settings for Total Row in Table Visualization

In this table, I have 3 columns that are in the total row.  The Count of Inspection ID is a total, which is fine.  The Individual Hours is an average, which I need to also be a total.  Then, Inspections Per Hour is a total, which I need to be an average.  I only see where I can turn the total row on and off.  Is there somewhere I can adjust the settings to what I need?

    After thoroughly reviewing the details you provided, I was able to reproduce the scenario, and it worked on my end. I have used it as sample data on my end and successfully implemented it.

    I am also including .pbix file for your better understanding, please have a look into it:

    In the well where you dragged your columns, if you right click on hours, you can select aggregation type. Swap from SUM to AVERAGE

      I don't want the avearage to show for each row, only in the totals row.

        You will need to create a measure

        Hours=

        If(

        Isinscope( table[workorderid]),

        Sum( table[inspections per hour]),

        Average( table[inspections per hour])

        )
