Setting up Slicers with Two Separate Visuals to show Corresponding Markets at once

I included a screenshot of dummy data that I would like to engineer using real data - I am fairly advanced with data modeling and feel like this might be achevied if I have a column in my Markets source file to show which corresponding market I would like to be related to the market of choice. Let me explain a little more:

• I have a list of about 200 different Retailer Markets and each one shows that retailer's trade area sales performance, but each of these markets also has a "Remaining Market" counterpart.
  • This can be intrepreted as "Publix Trade Area" which shows data for all Publix stores in their region, but also "Publix Remaining" which looks at all grocery stores in that defined area which are not Publix stores.  The idea in comparing the two is to see how Publix is doing vs all other grocery stores they compete with. 
• What I would like to engineer in Power BI is have only one slicer where user selects the main market of interest, such as Publix Trade Area, and the values are shown in the upper table. But then I would like a seperate table below that which automatically filters to the corresponding "remaining" market depending on the retailer selected. 

I have been playing around with "Edit Interactions" section for the slicers & tables and feel like I am getting close to a solution, and also had an idea of using IF statement measures like "If Table1 Selection = Retailer X , Table2 Selection = Retailer X Remaining". I feel like I may be overcomplicating the ask though, and wanted to check in with y'all if you have every accomplished something similar.

@Russell93 , There are two options, when you do not want to compare values, just display, you can use interactions.

But if you want to compare values, like A-B, then you need a slicer of the disconnected table.
