Setting a default value for 'between' date slicer

The problem is that I wasn't planning to let those end-users in one the filter-pane on the right, because I believe they won't like that (they are very stubborn and not tech-savvy at all so they will probably find it difficult to use). I have it hidden right now.

But this notion is making me rethink that decision. If that's the only way to do it.. I might have to.
