Setting Up KPI Indicators in Power BI

Hello Power BI Community,

I'm currently working on converting Tableau reports to Power BI as assigned by my manager. As part of this task, I'm exploring how to replicate KPI (Key Performance Indicator) indicators from our Tableau reports in Power BI.

Attached is a screenshot of the KPI indicators used in our Tableau report for reference.

In Tableau, I utilized specific calculations to generate these indicators, as outlined below:

- **Difference 1 Total Calls:** Calculated as the difference between the current total calls and the previous total calls.
- **Difference Indicator -ve 1 Total Calls:** Indicates a negative change in total calls with a downward arrow symbol (▼).
- **Difference Indicator +ve 1 Total Calls:** Indicates a positive change in total calls with an upward arrow symbol (▲).
- **Difference is +ve 1 total calls:** Evaluates whether the difference in total calls is positive.
- **Previous 1 Total Calls:** Retrieves the previous value of total calls.

My goal is to replicate these indicators in Power BI to maintain consistency and enhance our reporting capabilities.

I'm seeking guidance from the community on how to create similar KPI indicators in Power BI that show the current value, previous value, difference, and color-coded indicators (green for positive changes, red for negative changes).

Any insights, techniques, or recommended resources on achieving this in Power BI would be highly appreciated.
