amitchandak , I read the article and thought it was well written but I don't know how to use it to solve my issue. If I uncheck the data option then it doesn't save my date filter either. I need it to save the data filter but not any of the category slicers. I tried again by selecting only the visuals where I wanted the date range to apply (not my slicers) and tried to set the filter for "last 365 days" and unchecked data and nothing happens when I click on the bookmark.
