Set up chart sending to email

Is it possible to configure the sending of a signature to a specific email besides the email of the person who is logged into the portal of the power bi?

And is it possible to set up a signature to send only a specific chart and not an entire panel or dashboard?

No, it's not possible. In Power BI Service, you can enable email subscription on report/dashboard when dataset is updated.
