Set the default value of a numeric range parameter in a url for a published report

Hi all,

I have a Dax/measures that calculates the distance between coordinates in my dataset and a coordinate I set manually with two numerical range parameters.

Is it possible to pass 'parameters' in the url to set the default value of both the latitude and longitude range parameter in the report. So for instance using:

xxxx-yyyy-8fa5-a1fba403255e/ReportSection?rp:Latitude=52.95&Longitude=5.21

Such that the user automatically sees the relevant results in the table with respect to his/her coordinates.

Bookmarks are no option --> to many possible values to be filled in, saving each in bookmark is infeasable.

Url filters --> Using '?filter=Longitude/Longitude eq 52.95', does not set the value of the filter in the slicer. Instead the default value for this numerical range parameter is selected.

Thanks for your help!

Like mentioned in my original post, these do not work for my scenario, or I am not aware of some hack or work around
