Set personalised reports for defined users

Hello,
I want defined people to see filters adapted to them and not be able to change them. For example, employee A should only be able to see his statistics, B only his and C those of the entire team. Where and how can I do this? I have already defined roles under Manage roles, but I cannot assign them.

Unfortunately, I am still quite new and overwhelmed. Thank you very much!
