Set Same Y-axes' scale for two different charts

I need to set same Y-axis scale to two different charts, as if they look like as one chart with same Y-axis scale . See the piqture.

You need to adjust the y-axis scale range of the two charts to be consistent. The example is as follows:

Thanks. while drill down/up I need to change Y-axis scale dynamicaly. Is that possible ?

Based on my research, it is not supported yet currently. You can come up with a new idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas.
