Set PBI Desktop to UTC Timezone

You can do the latter in the Power Query settings. Tell Power BI Desktop not to attempt any inferred column type conversions
Where do I set that in the Power Query Editor? I'm not seeing an option for "Dont do column conversions"
Here's what I see if I input the date as Text:
Then if PBI converts to Date/Time
Because the "Current" one is Time Zulu, PBI then converts it to my local time (MST) when I don't want it to do any conversions. I want it to display in Zulu/UTC time on PBI Desktop.
