Sept 2023 Load is a mess

submitted a problem with the Sept 23 rev of the PBI Desktop, wherein calcuated DAX columns were not inputting.  soon saw many other users with same complaint.  received update from MS that a new 9/25 load had been set up to address, but i can't even downoad it... when i attempt, it takes me to the MS store, then i am in a hold with an error message that it can't open.  what is going on over there at MS?!?!
