Separate two different Values in a new row.

Hello , Please help me -- In Customer number/vms customer account coloumn there are 2 customer no. with a slash, I want these customer no. to be present in a new row with the same golden customer name . I could do this in source file but I have already loaded it and have made changes in model. Please assist.
