'Sent' folder not showing up after Exchange email connection
Hello,
I recently connected to my email through Power BI desktop as a data source. I have access to the inbox folder, but it does not show any items from the 'sent' folder. Is there any way to see sent items?
Any advice would help. Thanks!

The link you sent is this post. Do you have any other ideas? It appears my sent folder is empty when it comes into power BI, but it is not empty in my email.

Hi, jacklamlan
For the issue, I cannot reproduce it here.
If the problem is still not resolved, it is recommended to open a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.

Hi, jacklamlan
Your list may be incomplete. You need to load more and then filter data based on folder name.

Thanks for the response-
To clarify I see the sent folder in dropdown of the screenshot you posted, but when I filter based on 'Sent', no items show up even though I have emails in my sent folder...
