Sending a set of values selected from a column to a URL fitler

Hi All,

I am trying to use in operator in URL filtering and trying to send a set of selected values as parameter in the URL fitler.

However, its showing me some errors.

Is it even possible ? Some workaround may be ?
Should I be creating a list of these vlaues  first ? If so how ?

Please help with suggestions, it would be of great help.

Failure Bucket URL2 =
var teamname = SUBSTITUTE(SELECTEDVALUE(TableA[ScenarioOwnerTeam]), "&", "%26")
var canario = ALLSELECTED(TableA[canario])
var rptfilter = "TargetTable1/Name eq '"& teamname &"' and TagertTable2/canario in ("&canario&")"
return
rpturl&rptfilter

Can you not do this in the Transform step (PowerQuery)? There this would be easy. Depends of course on your scenario.
