Super UserSend specific report content in email
Hi!
I have a business requirement of sending emails to users for a specific table of my report. I can set up a subscription for this BUT - the page that contains this table is hidden in report. Now, in subscription I can only add pages that are set visible in report.
How can I deal with this?
Thanks for all the answers but I tried creating a separate dashboard just for this particular table and created subscription for it. This works as expected and resolves my query.

You can use Power Automate for subscriptions with referencing a specific page even it is hidden.

Thanks for respoding, I am aware of this way but this needs to be done within Power BI ecosystem. Do you know any other way? any tricks?

Temporarily unhide → subscribe → rehide:
Edit report → Make table page visible
Set up subscription (select that page)
Save & publish → Hide page again
Subscriptions keep working

I tried this but subscription doesnt work anymore once I hide the page again.

Hi InsightsByV ,
Can you try below options:
1. Option 1 -create a live connection report which is pointing to same semantic model and creat subscription form it.
2. Option 2-Keep your Page visible in original report but hide it using bookmarks/selection.
