Send an alert email with detail data

Hi Everyone,

I have a card tile and a table tile on the dashboard. I have added an alert on the card tile to send email when the value is greater than 0.

Is there a way shwoing both the card tile and the table tile in the email?

Hi @MiaZhao,

AFAIK, current power bi not support to do customize on already email. Maybe you can submit an idea for improve that function to add more custom features.

But rather than the alert, can the Subscription send an email when triggered? or can MS Flow do it?

HI @MiaZhao,

Subscription feature will send email when data refresh. (one time per day)
I think flow trigger may suitable for your requirement, it support to setup more accurate condition to check your dataset records and send notice.
