Semi-circle Scale Chart
Does anyone know if we can construct this type of graph and what is it called please?

We don't have this kind of graph.

Or with Charticulator:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wz2mc8JhxD8and also check the option of custome charts like :
None of those are exactly as yours but Deneb / Charticulator if you learn to use them can allow to create visuals according to your needs.
