Semantic model unable to connect

Hi Team,

I am attempting to share a semantic model with other users in my organisation, I have allowed them build and read permissions. They need access to this so they can use our datasource and combine with others of theirs to create dashboards and visuals. If I manage permisisons I see this:

When they attempt to access the model, they are getting an error message like below:

We are unsure what the issue is, have I shared the model incorrectly or is it a powerbi version issue? Any help would be appreciated.
