there is a way to show in graph only up to selected month value?
For example, rather than show all month when i select March,
I want to show up to march, like this:
My slice has unique selection value. I know that i can change to visual between, but i was wondering if i can see like this,

You can add a calculated column to extract correspond month number from these text value, then you can use it on slicer with 'before' mode(less than or equal to) to filter records:
MonthNum =
MONTH ( DATEVALUE ( [MONTH] & "/1" ) )

Yes, It depends on the formula and relation.
You can also try relative date slicer

I forgot to mention, my month is not date format, so i cant use relative on slice
