Select the 4 highest values from 2 days and different time intervals.

Hi,

could help me on this matter pls. I have a summarized table as shown below. I need to select the 4 highest value from last 6th and 7th day and from each time intervals. The maximum water consumed from each time interval is chosen .So the highlighted values in the 2nd image will be the one that need to be selected. I have attached a sample data.
