Select current year and current month in slicer as default

Hi,

Having Year slicer and Month slicer. Need to select current year and month as default if current year data is not availble need to select prevoius year and month as december as default in slicer.

Ex : If we are in Jan 2023 and data is availble in 2023 then 

       year slicer should select default as 2023

       month slicer shold select default as Jan 

      If we are in Jan 2023 and data is not availble in 2023 then 

       year slicer should select default as 2022

       month slicer shold select default as Dec.

How can I achieve it?
