Hello, I have a slicer, which should help me to filter the table. There are some values in slicer which I want to display in table. I want to display only them. When I click on "Select all" nothing happens, my table is still not filtered. When I choose nothing my table is not filtered (which is expected). It means that "Select all" has the same behavior as select nothing. What is work around, please?

@alks_skla_f 'select all' does have the same functionality as choosing nothing by design, it's more of a user-friendly option for when the report is published.
to only select some items, you need to ensure that the selection settings have 'mutli-select with CTRL' on, this is the default setting, then hold ctrl while you select items in the slicer
Select All and Select nothiing will both select everything.
If you want to select 3 out of 5 items iitems, then just selcet those 5 items.
Please click tjhumbs up and accept solution.
Incidentally, if you dont know how to use slicers yet, then you are clearly a novice.

Hi @alks_skla_f ,
Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.
When you click "Select all" in a slicer, it is treated the same as applying no filter - just like when nothing is selected. So effectively, "Select all" behaves the same as selecting nothing, and the table remains unfiltered.
As already mentioned by @wardy912 and @speedramps , if you want to filter the table to show only specific values, make sure "Multi-select with CTRL" is turned on in the slicer settings, then use CTRL + click to select multiple values.
As an alternative, you can use List or Button slicers and turn off Single Select in Slicer settings - this lets you select multiple items directly without needing to hold CTRL.
Hope this helps. Please reach out for further assistance.
