Hey there, pretty new to PBI and enjoying learning. I was wondering if there was a way to have:

 

1 Report with a list / table of projects and summarry data

Click on one item and it takes you to another report that has all the detail for the selected item 

The items on the second page would have kind of a template feel so some static info and dynamic info based on the selected item

You could use tooltip to show another related report. Here is the link for your reference:
