Select Distinct of previous selection

Hi all,

I've a selection that return an object tabel with the correct series of data.

with this measure field, I find the correct number of rows selected = 17

OpportunitaSelezionateCRM = COUNTX('Opportunity_D365s-BC365',DISTINCTCOUNT(ListaEsportazioneEPI[CRM]))

How can I obtain another measure with only the DISTINCT row that is 3 ?

Measure = Countrows(Summarize('Opportunity_D365s-BC365',ListaEsportazioneEPI[CRM]))
