Segmentation or filter....set starting date and leave finish date for the user

Hi, i have a segmentation by date for a dashboard. But for a specific object, i need that the starting date be 01/01/2022 always. How do i do?

I tried using filter and set "after 01/01/2022", but user can select other date using the segmentation...if its after 01/01/2022. I need it to be fixed. Sorry for my english...i am not native speaker.....

I dont understand what do you need. I have some information filtered by date that is shown in this table. What and i have this segmentation for the page (no only the objetc) 

What i need, is that with independence of the date the user selects to start.....the pannel has to be filter starting in 01/01/2022 and finish the selected date by the user....meanwhile the other objetcs of the page reflects boths filters selected by the user.

Thanks for the answer. The problem is that the segmentation is used for other objects and not only for this, and i need that the starting date be editable... CAn you help me with another alternative? thanks

That seems to be different from the original ask.  You should be able to look at the concept and modify it for your new requirements.  Do you have an idea what the expected result should look like?
