Seem to be experiencing more memory errors with the April release

I'm trying to confirm what I was unable to find in the documentation. Is it possible that modeling changes in the latest release of Desktop (April 2023) are causing "Not enough System Memory" issues? I have a heavy report that I refresh monthly and after updating, many of my visuals are collapsing and I'm unable to refresh. However, I pull the same reprot up on weaker machines with older versions of PBI Desktop and everything works just fine. 

I haven't done any additional configuration and the machine that's failing has 32 GB RAM on an intel i9. Really worried that this modeling change will be locked in for future updates.
