【Seek Help】Load the latest file while still keep the previous loaded data

Hi Expert, 

We are building the Power BI dashboard by combinining a Daily Excel file. Each day, there will be a Excel file that contains the data of that day. But as tiem goes by, the dataset becomes larger and larger which cause the refrehsing taking a long time. 

Is there a way to only load the latest file while still keep the previous loaded data in the table?

For example, for today's refrehs, it just load today's file which previous days data is still kept.
