hi all,
I have created a quite extensive report in power bi, in my model I have more than 100 defined measures and I am getting a bit lost now. Is there an easy way to see which of these measures are currently being used in the visuals? I want to do some housekeeping and delete some intermediate measures that did not make it into the visuals without destroying my anything. Would the new Dax Query function in Power BI be of any help?
thanks for your help
Frank

Hi @fjjpeeters1976 - To check your Power BI report and identify which measures are being used in your visuals, internally we have performance analyzer
Stop the recording and export the log file to see which measures and queries are being used by the visuals.
another option is we have external tool like DAX Studio to analyze your Power BI model
once you installed , Use the "Query Dependencies" feature to see which measures are dependent on others. This can help identify intermediate measures that are no longer used.
Some tools are there to identify measures used in power bi report.
