See records on PowerAPP web
I enabled See records on some visualization on power bi desktop, but when I publish the pbix the see records not enabled by default on the report, i have to manually enable them in each session.

Actually, the See Records in Power BI Desktop ia just a tool rather than a configuration, the clicked button will not be published to Service.
Besides, based on my test, if you restart your PowerBI Desktop, this button will also be reset.

Yes I resrtart the desktop and it is gone
As a result, this operation will not be saved or synced to PowerBI Service.
