    rebeccaETE , It is better that you create a blank pbix and add sample data and share that.

     

    other will not be able to refresh the data, but will be able to see most of the settings

amitchandak Perfect that is exactly what I did. So if I'm not connected to any other data than the sample data they should only be able to view the sample data, and nothing else, correct?
