I want to acknowledge valuable input provided by amitchandak . Their initial ideas help guide my approach. However, I noticed that more details are needed to fully understand this issue.

The announced discontinuation of the Power BI Windows app does not affect the Power BI Desktop app, including versions optimized for Power BI Report Server. The September 2023 version of Power BI Desktop (optimized for Power BI Report Server) will be supported until September 2024. This includes receiving security and critical updates to ensure the application remains secure and functioning properly.
