How secure is Power BI when opening .pbix files? I see a lot of people asking for .pbix files and (likely) opening them to help troubleshoot issues.

• What is the best practice for handling these files?
• Can Power BI execute arbitrary code?
• How safe are these to open?
• What should we look for to determine if a .pbix file is safe?
