Section header (from column value) in Power BI

Perhaps not in that exact way. I would use a Matrix visualization setup like this:
Rows: Country, Region, City
Values: Metrics

Yes, Greg. I was using that approach as alternative in current dashboard. I was trying to achieve in that exact way. Thanks Grag
