Seasonality by month

Good afternoon everyone! I'm needing to calculate the seasonality per month of sales based on data from two previous years.

I give as an example this sales data per month:

one-2010
feb-2015
mar-2025
Apr-2030
may-2010
Jun-2015

Dec-2021
Total178

The Formula in Excel for calculating january seasonality would be = ( (10+12) / (178+212) ) * 100 = 5.64%

The result of seasonality per month would be:

ago4,51%
sep3,95%

Someone could help me with the Power Bi measure needed to reach these results???

  • Syndicate_Admin what happens if you have 3 years of data, then sum month all 3 years and divide by the total?
