Is there any functionality or workaround available for searching slicer by entering text and then "select all" on the filtered values.

I think you can not change default slicer behaviour.
You can create an idea here, it will be cool!

The default slicer will not allow you to click select all during the search.
As an alternative method, You could try this custom visual https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/power-bi-visuals/WA104381309?tab=Overview
