Hi All, been a while since I have needed help, but this one has had me stumped nearly all day. Appreciate an guidance you can offer.
All in the same table, I have medical patients account numbers called "medical record numbers" in a column titled MRN, I have service dates in another column titled DOS. A patient can have many visits on any date , yet they are always assigned the same value in the MRN column.
I'd like to create a new column that return Y or N if the patient has not been seen in over 6 months from today.
So an expression would need to look at all "like" MRN values, compare each MRN's service date to see if their most recent date (DOS) is greater than 182.5 days from TODAY. Then return a Y or No for all those like MRN values.
I've tried several different angle with no luck.
Thank you for looking at my post!

@tbobolz try this as a column in MRN table:
Number of Days =
VAR __LastVisit = MAXX ( RELATEDTABLE ( 'DOS Table' ), 'DOS Table'[DOS Date] )
VAR __NumberOfDaysSinceLastVisit = DATEDIFF ( __LastVisit, TODAY (), DAY )
RETURN
IF ( __NumberOfDaysSinceLastVisit > 182, "Yes", "No" )
