Search and Identify Values in a column based on their associated dates in another column as compare

Hi All, been a while since I have needed help, but this one has had me stumped nearly all day. Appreciate an guidance you can offer.    All in the same table, I have medical patients account number...

tbobolz try this as a column in MRN table:

 

Number of Days = 
VAR __LastVisit = MAXX ( RELATEDTABLE ( 'DOS Table' ), 'DOS Table'[DOS Date] )
VAR __NumberOfDaysSinceLastVisit = DATEDIFF ( __LastVisit, TODAY (), DAY )
RETURN
IF ( __NumberOfDaysSinceLastVisit > 182, "Yes", "No" )
