I mean in your Table B, do you have data like this? Try this measure based on my understanding...
ENG = MAXX(ADDCOLUMNS(TableB,"check",SEARCH("ENG",[ChecklistID],1,0)),[check])

Thanks for the reply. All I need is a TRUE "This exists on this cell of the table". Position or count is not important. This is an accountability grid. Making sure that each cell in each row eventually turns green as values update in my database. [ChecklistID] can have one of 6 values with an ID suffix. EX: ENG - 3 is the third response from ENG in total, the response is for MOC - 27. The "ENG" value is generated by a flow that concats "ENG" and an ID. So no there is no variation between the "ENG" values before the ID number.
