Search/Filter multiple records at once

Hi, 

I have a table with over a million unique IDs, what I would like to do is filter the table by multiple IDs at once by copying and paste the IDs into a slicer / search visual.

Is this possible?

Can you group the IDs? If you can, you can filter them by group IDs.

I don't believe it is. You are better off having your criteria in a file that gets updated, create a query from the file and then merge that with the base query. use the merge function with an inner join so it only returns the records in the base query that match the criteria query/file.
