Search Dialogue box in filter

Hi,   I can't see the search dialogue box in my below filter but can see it in other filters. Can someone guide what's wrong here?   Can see search box in below filter:     Regards...

Anonymous , for whole number and decimal you will not get search option

    So will it work if I change the format to "General"
