Scripting in R: Show a simple matrix visual with filters?

Hi,  I'm just getting started with R, and I can't find a resource for this: I want to basically build the same exact functionality as the Matrix visual in Power BI, and add some filters to it.    ...

    Thanks for the reply, but I had already gone through the document. It doesn't provide the script for a simple table, and I'm not able to figure it out from that.
