You cannot assing a code to a button like you can do in VBA or similar, not really sure of what you want to achieve but if what you need is to send nformation to someone and depedending on how your report is built, on the Service if you add a comment to a report it will save a bookmark of your report (with all the fiters and settings you have) and when the users get back to it they will see the information as you have it.
