Scorecards/Goals
I've had scorecards embedded in my published reports for some time. All of a sudden they are grayed out in the Service, in Desktop, and I can't create goals no more in desktop. When I click browse go...
The Scorecards started working again but according to my IT Team they didn't find the source of the problem. It supposedly fix itself.
Richy123 based on the documentation it seems like you cannot create goals in Power BI desktop. Get started with goals in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
As you can see in above blog Power BI desktop is not active to create goals.
