Hi All,
I am exploring the capability of Power BI, or any associated tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, to send out scheduled weekly or monthly email reminders. The objective is to prompt managers to review a specific Power BI report.
A crucial aspect of this functionality is the dependency on the report's presence in the workspace. If the Power BI report is removed or deleted from the workspace, the email reminders should also automatically cease.
Can anyone guide me on how to set up such conditional email scheduling within Power BI or with the help of Power Automate? What are the best practices to ensure that the reminders are only active as long as the report exists?
I appreciate any advice or experiences you can share regarding this matter.
Thank you for your time and help!
