Schedule refresh error

Hello,

We are facing a problem with schedule refresh. All the files are in the correct format. We get the below error messaage when the refresh id failed.

An error occurred while processing the data in the dataset.

Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Kinldy assist me with the problem.

Thank you,

Hi @aghatge,

Could you please tell me what is your data source? If your data source needs the Gateway, please use other clients such as Power BI Desktop to connect to the data source on your gateway machine and check if any error occurs. Also please help to export your logs of gateway and share that to me.

If the gateway is not required for your data source, please use the Fiddler to trace errors and share the trace log here. For more details, please check the online document.

Regards,

Frank
