Hello,
I created a report and want to share it via Teams or SharePoint with a couple of coworkers. They also have Power BI Desktop. Is there a way for me to schedule automatic refreshes to the file to be shared with them, so I don't need to manually refresh the data every month and save the file again? The data I am feeding from is hosted at Microsoft SQL server.
Thanks in advance for the help!

Hi @biwessel ,
You could publish the report to Service and set schedule refresh for the dataset. Then it will refresh automatically. You can share the link to your colleagues directly. Or you can add a Power BI app into Teams chat tab. Then they can view the report in the Teams directly. Once schedule refresh that you set is completed, the content of the report have been updated. For more details you could reference the blog : Power BI teams up with Microsoft Teams.
If you want to share the .pbix file by attaching file, it is not supported to refresh automatically in Power BI Desktop. You still need to refresh manually by yourself.
