I have some scatter plot visuals using the 'Automatically find clusters' feature. The clustering algorithm runs fine and automatically adds itself to as the legend of the scatter chart. However, once the report is published and goes through scheduled refreshes, the visual becomes corrupted and I get the 'cannot load visuals' error.
Is this a known error? Can PBI not run the clustering algroithm on scheduled refreshes in the service? I've had this happen on a few other reports and it appears to be isolated to scatter charts with the clusters enabled.
HI @niko18033,
What type of update did you apply to your data source during these scheduler refreshes? Have you modified the data structures or added some wrong type records into the table?
Please share some more detailed information to help us clarify and troubleshoot your scenario:
