Scatter plot/bubble: Bubbles overlapping and staying in same straight line. Not scattering.
Hi,
I am working on a scatter/bubble chart. It appearing all the bubbles are either overlapping or all in one straight line.
Choice of selection for chart above.
Looking for output like below. Postive stays up in green and negative in red below the line. But, it appears the values showing up as above.
Could you please help me with above. Thanks your time and help.

Please provide sample data (with sensitive information removed) that covers your issue or question completely, in a usable format (not as a screenshot). Leave out anything not related to the issue.
