Hi everyone, is there a way to first group data in several groups (presented in different color for each group), then present label name for each bubble.
For example, under Group A, we have apple 1, apple 2 and apple 3, all bubbles in blue, while each bubble will show its name "apple 1" and "apple 2" etc. For Group B, we have banana 1, banana2, all bubbles in yellow, also need to show its name on the bubble as well.
Thanks!
Hi @Steellaa
This is possible. It depends on which fields you are going to place in the scatter chart.
The first visual is a custom visual. You can download its sample pbix from its page in App store to find more sample visuals.

Hi @Steellaa
Unfortunately, we don't have the functionality of showing category labels in a scatter plot.
they are on the legend.
As an alternative, you can try using line graphs without lines, only markers, and customized labels.
Something like this :
pbix is attached

Thanks Rita.
But the marker size will be the same, cannot represent different figures, right?
Yep, if you need the size too, my solutions will not help.
It seems that you need to stay with a legend...
grouping data is possible using the builr in feature : new group .
on the column, click on the 3 dots, --> new group and create your desired groups .
how data is displayed depend on the way you drag and drop your columns into the visual .
if you need any help with it, kindly share your power bi so i can assist you .

Thanks Daniel.
However, after I added grouping under the column, I can only drag one group in the "legend" field, while I will need to include all data but just different color for different group. Do you know how to make it?
